The Whales Project was sent on September 2008 to Middle East Development - M.E.D., addressed to Sheikh Tarek M. Bin Laden, Dubai City, Arab Emirates.
When I develop the project and presented it to Ramiro Maranhão, Audit’s president, he promptly believed and invested in it.
The same thing happened when I submitted the project to Alberto Cerqueira, Copernicus’ president.
We all believed and together embarked on the Whales Project.
